Count down for the start of the Beijing Olympics as of today is 397 days. If you are even thinking about having a slim chance of Traveling to China in 2008 for the Beijing Olympic games, you should have among others, two important websites that will provide you with information on how to acquire tickets to the games and travel arrangements and accomodations once you have set foot on Chinese soil. In fact, one site says that getting tickets to the Beijing Olympics may be the easy part, finding a good inexpensive hotel in China may prove to be your biggest Challenge.

Everyone knows the 2008 Beijing Olympics will be held in Beijing next year. For those of you who have not booked their air flight tickets already and made hotel reservations, you are in for a surprise of increased fares and hotel loding fee’s that will make Bill Gates blush. Well, I am exagerating a bit about blushing Bill Gates, but according to published reports in the news and industry sources I have spoken to, at the beginning of the new calendar year in January 2008, round trip ticket fares to China and hotel lodging expenses will be astronomical. Although travel expenses to China are expected to be high in 2008 because of the olympic games, there are still ways you can save money.
